Appointments may be booked through our booking platform at andersenesthetics.glossgenius.com. Booking through that platform is also subject to GlossGenius’ terms of service.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. Repeated late cancellations may result in a credit-card-on-file requirement for future bookings.
Skincare results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. All treatments are subject to your individual skin response, lifestyle factors, and consistency with at-home recommendations.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information at intake. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, recent procedures, or skincare products may result in adverse reactions for which the studio cannot be held responsible.
Some treatments may be contraindicated for pregnancy, certain medications (including Accutane), recent procedures, or specific skin conditions. We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is not appropriate for your circumstances.
Photographs of treatments, products, or the studio may be taken for educational or promotional use. Identifying photographs of clients are not used without explicit written consent.
